Christmas time is here...

Grandma and Grandpa came to visit me today, and I got lots of presents. I like this Christmas day stuff. Daddy made an excellent dinner (even though my favorite was the olives). Grandpa rocked me on my new horse, whose name is Horse, and I learned how to do a sit and spin toy. I had a fun and relaxed day!

Merry Christmas

It's Christmas Eve and I'm anxiously awaiting Santa. I've been good this year. I got to play with my Uncle Russ. He makes me laugh so hard! Merry Christmas to all my family that I can't be with this year!

I'm a big brother

I didn't know what to think of Eleanor at first. She's so, well, small. But, as long as she doesn't steal my mommy away, I'm okay with her hanging around.

Little Wild Man

I love to be adventurous and play. And, I love to drink soda. Mommy gave me a few sips, and I was happy. But, she said that I was a good boy shopping (esp. at Costco) so that was my reward. Oh, and raspberries, too! She wouldn't share the butter cookies, though. She said butter cookies are a pregnant woman's best friend. I also helped Daddy assemble stuff for the baby. Daddy said I'm such a good helper, when I'm not whining for Mommy to pick me up!

Weekend fun

So, this weekend, Daddy gave me an apple, and I got to go to Gymboree. I love to play there. We also did some shopping, and had a visit from my cousins. All in all a good weekend. Mommy and Daddy are getting ready for my baby sister (scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, whatever that means). Mommy also let me drink soda. So, I gave her lots of Mommy kisses.

Getting ready...

I'm getting ready for the holidays. I can't wait to see what this Christmas thing is all about. I know that I'm a pro at Christmas (I mean, I did it last year), but Mommy says it'll be much more fun now that I'll be able to be more interactive. But, she doesn't think it's funny when I pull ornaments off the tree. Daddy and I like to count the lights on the tree (I say: One, two, three, four, eight, nine, ten!) I skip five-seven because I can't say them very well.

And, I like to ride Ginger like a horse. She just lays there and lets me do it, while mommy rewards her with a treat.

Mommy also says this is going to be a special Christmas because it'll be our first as a whole family, whatever that means. I'm not looking forward to having a sister just yet. I don't want to share my mommy.

Snow?!

What's this cold white stuff all over the ground? I think it's pretty fun to stomp in. Mommy says I've been in it before, but I don't remember. I don't like when it falls on my face and gets on my eye lashes. I'll fuss a bit about that.

The sleeping shot of me is from Thanksgiving. I had way too much turkey, and couldn't stay awake. Mommy jokes that we should have turkey every day because I have so much energy.

Mommy's been really tired chasing me around and reciting our ABC's! I can count to ten (okay, well I skip saying seven because it's a hard word) all by myself. And, I love saying my ABC's, chasing Ginger around (and trying to ride her like a horse), and tapping my sister on mommy's belly.

Any day now, I get to be a big brother!

Happy Thanksgiving to all my family and friend out there! Mommy and Daddy are making a turkey dinner for me. I don't mind, as long as I get my share of that pumpkin pie. Daddy has a tendancy to hog all the pie!
